RPP Week 4, Day 1

OLY WORK: SNATCH COMPLEX
20 mins to find heaviest complex of:
1 mid hang snatch, 1 snatch 2" from floor, 1 snatch from floor

then :
with 95% from above perform 2 snatches on the minute for 10 minutes

HBBS:
60% x 3, 70% x 2, 80% x 2 x 6 sets, rest as needed.

SUPERSET:
5 x 3 Weighted Pull ups AHAP
5 x 8-12 Glute Ham Raise

CONDITIONING:
3 Rounds for time:
15 OHS 115/75
30 Burpees over the bar
